I get in a rut for lunches in the summer. So then I end up grazing on a little of this and a little of that from about 11 in the morning until sometime in the mid-afternoon. Never feeling completely satisfied. And I’m not at all pleased with those results (to my waist!!)
I decided I needed to plan my lunches the way I plan my dinners. And today was a winner!
Turkey pesto panini along with Tomato and Basil Wheat Thin crackers. It was YUMMY. And every bit as good as a sandwich I would order at Panera!
