My mom makes an amazing apple pie. And I’ve wanted to make one for awhile. The only problem…it’s made in a cast iron skillet and I don’t have one of those. Boo.
Until now. The other night, my mom surprised me with this:
She really is the greatest! I only hope I can continue to learn from her and be an awesome mom to my kids!
