Today my baby girl is 4 years old! I can’t believe how quickly she is growing up.
This morning I woke her up extra early so she could open a present before church. But she said she wanted to wait until after church to open them. Whose kid is she?
But the second we walked in the house, she started opening her presents.
We had a very low-key celebration. Her grandparents stopped by to give her gifts.
She helped me make cupcakes.

In the afternoon, Delaney went swimming at the Y with Daddy. Mommy watched and caught up on some reading. Then we went to the Humane Society to see if they had any kittens. They didn’t. We’ll have to try again another day.
The birthday girl crashed in the car on the way home and we had to wake her up for dinner.
Delaney chose the menu for dinner: steak, fries, and strawberries, blueberries and raspberries. Yum!
