fun at the park

Molly and I took the little kiddos to the play park when they were here visiting for the weekend.
The weather has been perfect for outdoor play! So unlike Kansas in August.
Hayden is just all smiles and loves the camera!
Delaney is a much more serious girl.

But one thing is for sure...

impromptu trip to the park

After our last minute plans to take Delaney to the zoo fell through, we decided to take advantage of the unseasonably pleasant weather and take Delaney to the play park.
You see, we have so few pleasant days in Kansas.
It's either too hot, too humid, too cold, too rainy, too windy or any combination of these.
So I really wanted to enjoy the day...OUTSIDE!!!

She was NOT giving up her place at the wheel, no matter how many little boys tried to persuade her otherwise.
